User account

In the Wirtschafts-Service-Portal.NRW (WSP.NRW) you can register and create a user account using the following methods:

BundID

BundID provides you with a centralised account to identify all your online applications (e.g. with an online ID). You can pre-fill the form of your online application by depositing your personal data. Registration only takes a few minutes.

Depending on the level of trust, three registration variants are possible:

• "Basic registration"
  You can achieve this level of trust by using the access type ‘username & password’. It is sufficient, for example, for business reports.

• Level of trust ‘substantial’
  You can achieve this level of trust by using the access type ‘ELSTER certificate’ and individual ‘EU identities’.

• Level of trust ‘high’
  This level of trust can be achieved by using the online ID card and individual EU identities, which include the online ID card, the smart eID, the electronic residence permit and the EU citizen card. For example, if you want to apply for the NRW Start-up Scholarship, this level of trust is required.

My company account on ELSTER basis

The digital company account based on ELSTER technology serves as a user account through which you can gain access to digital administration services for your company. The certificate will be sent to you by post. Registration can take up to two weeks.

After logging in with your ELSTER certificate, you can use all connected services directly, no further login is required.
In addition, the central mailbox gives you the opportunity to receive notifications and documents from all connected processes in one place for your company.
